Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons (such as holidays or sales events), order processing may take slightly longer. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare, pack, and hand orders over to the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, order size, delivery address, and carrier fees. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly advertised and applied at checkout when eligible.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and instructions for tracking your package online. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to become active.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at tricia@happyhidetallow.com with your order number and any relevant photos or information. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
