How to use

1. Start with warm, damp skin in the shower or bath.
2. Scoop a small amount with clean, dry hands or a dry spoon. Keep water out of the jar.
3. Massage gently in circles over your body, focusing on elbows, knees, heels, and hands. Let the sugar do the work—there’s no need to scrub hard.
4. Rinse with warm water.
5. Pat dry rather than rubbing.

How often

Use 2–3 times a week. If your skin is dry or sensitive, start with once a week and see how it feels.

Before you use

This scrub is for your body, not your face. Avoid broken, irritated, sunburned, or freshly shaved skin. If your skin is sensitive, try a small amount on the inside of your wrist and wait 24 hours before wider use.

Storage

Keep the lid tightly closed and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Always use clean, dry hands or a spoon to keep water out of the jar.

Shelf life

Best used within 6–12 months of opening. Stop using the product if its smell or appearance changes unexpectedly.
